School Calendar

Our School Calendar is the one stop shop for everything that is going on at Rangi Ruru. It includes all student, parent/caregiver and community events and dates. See below for some of our calendar functionality and tips and tricks that will help you navigate it more easily and never miss an important date!

Open School Calendar

View

You can change the layout of view to day, week or month using the selection panel on the left hand side of the page. You can also select either a grid or list view.

Filter

The School Calendar has a filter function that enables you to only see certain categories of events, for example Music, Sport or Term Dates. To filter the calendar, click on the Filter Calendar button at the top right of the screen, and select the category or categories you wish to view.

Calendar Sync

If you wish to sync the school calendar to your own calendar, click the Calendar Sync button in the menu on the left side of the page. You can either sync the full calendar, or a selected customised calendar based on your filtered selections.
